Description

The purpose of this modification of the SOURCES SOUGHT SYNOPSIS P-S-31-97326 posted on December 14, 2001 is to amend paragraph 2 of the Description to read as follows: "It is contemplated that this requirement will be a full and open competitive action. However, NASA/MSFC is seeking capabilities from small, small disadvantaged and women-owned small businesses for the purposes of determining the appropriate level of competition and/or small business subcontracting goals for this requirement." All other information contained in the December 14, 2001, SOURCES SOUGHT SYNOPSIS, including the due date for capability statements, remains unchanged.
