Description

This is a modification to solicitation SP0100-02-R-4019 for the AIRSAVE Body Armor System originally synopsized on December 9, 2001. The requirement for Product Demonstration Models is hereby deleted as an evaluation factor. In addition, the Manufacturing Plan factor is hereby incorporated. As a result, the evaluation factors in descending order of importance are as follows: Past Performance, Manufacturing Plan, Industrial Mobilization and DLA Mentoring Business Agreements. Response date for receipt of offers is on or about February 5, 2002. All other information as previously posted remains the same.
