Description

Contractor to provide Medical Transcription Service to the Louis A. Johnson VA Medical Center in Clarksburg, West Virginia for the period beginning o/a 2/1/02 through 9/30/02 with three (3) one-year renewal options. The contractor shall supply all labor, equipment, transportation and supervision necessary to transcribe discharge summaries, operation reports, procedure reports, hospital summaries, compensation & pension (C&P), progress notes, and other work types as required via contractor-owned digital dictation equipment. NAICS Code is 561410. Electronic solicitations will be available on or about 12/28/01. Hard copy solicitations will not be furnished. No telephone requests will be accepted.
