- Furnish all labor, materials and equipment necessary to replace the two wall mounted pump discharge sluice gates with new flap valves located in the west abutment of the Stamford Hurricane Barrier, Stamford, CT. The specifications will be available at no c ost on or about 3 January 2002. Requests for solicitations may be faxed to (978) 318-8207.
