- Aerial Photography services for 1:15,840 scale, 6 inch (153mm) camera focal length, 9"x9" format black and white negative film. Total of approximately 1,960 linear miles located in Monongahela National Forest, West Virginia. Approximate flying season February 15 -- April 1, 2002. Solicitation (RFQ)USDA-FS-01-02 will be issued on or about January 2, 2002. The proposed contract is 100% set-aside for small business concerns. All responsible sources may submit a offer which shall be considered.
