Description

The Aberdeen Area Indian Health Service proposes to award a Firm Fixed Price Non-Personal Service Contract for two (2) Security Guards who have completed security officer training and have passed a background security check and/or a character investigation conducted under the security requirements of a licensed security agency, to work two (2) rotational shifts from 7am to 3:30pm and from 3:30pm to 12am, which includes a half an hour for a lunch break, Monday through Friday (excluding Federal Holidays) for a term of 40 hours per normal work week for the Fort Thompson PHS, I.H.S Health Center, Jct. Hwys. 34 & 47, Fort Thompson, South Dakota 57339, Attn: Housekeeping Department. Period of Performance will be for one (1) year from date of award. Request for RFQ-02-019 shall be made in writing or telefax at (605) 226-7669 and will be made available approximately 15 days after date of publication of this announcement. This request for Quotation (RFQ) is Set-Aside for award to 100% or 51% Indian-Owned Firms pursuant to the Buy-Indian Act (25 USC 47). Only certified Buy-Indian firms will be given consideration.
