Description

The intention of this solicitation is to provide service for chemical latrines, including the pumping and disposal of waste from septic tanks/lift stations at the Naval Weapons Station, Seal Beach, ca, and surrounding areas, by means of a combination firm fixed-price/indefinite-quantity contract. All work under this contract is subject to Service Contract Act wages. The Contractor shall provide all labor, management, transportation, supervision, equipment, tools, supplies, materials, necessary to perform the service for the firm fixed-priced portion of the contract. All other services shall be performed under the unscheduled work and shall be accomplished in accordance with the Schedule of Indefinite Quantity Work, which will be ordered on an "as needed" basis.
