HARD FLOOR MAINTENANCE at the ANN ARBOR FEDERAL BUILDING, 200 E. Liberty St., Ann Arbor, MI 48108. Contractor to provide supervision, labor, equipment and supplies necessary to clean and maintain approximately 13,200 square feet of floor space as described in the specifications. Work will take place after normal business hours. Contractor must request solicitation package to determine the full scope of work.
