Description

The work required under this specification provides for Custodian and Mowing Services at eight recreation areas at Lake Texoma, Oklahoma and Texas. This specification includes eight bid schedules and successful offerors are limited to award of a maximum o f one schedule each. Successful offerors are required to live on-site in order to perform custodial services, which include reporting emergency situations and disturbances; reporting vandalism and malfunctions of utilities; and investigating and reporting all known accidents that occur at the recreation site. Work also includes mowing of improved and semi-improved areas, as well as trimming and edging. This procurement is advertised as a Commercial Item using Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Plans and specifications will be available on or about December 21, 2001, and will be provided in a printed hard copy format free of charge.
