Description

All sources capable of providing the following services are being sought. This is NOT a notice of RFP issuance. A solicitation may or may not result from this synopsis. The material being sought will be evaluated for possible use in new Air Force clothing items. Contractors will not be reimbursed for the sample fabric submitted and the sample fabric will not be returned after the evaluation process is complete. The Air Force Clothing Office (AFCO) at Wright-Patterson AFB seeks innovative 100% Polyester fabrics suitable for the construction of tops and bottoms for possible use in a new service dress uniform for the optional purchase program. Ten-yard samples of fabric in dark colors (preferably Navy) along with full detailed technical information should be submitted by January 18, 2002 to: Air Force Clothing Office 311 HSW/YACL Bldg. 63, Area B 1901 10th Street Wright-Patterson AFB OH 45433 Package should be submitted to the attention of Julia Bush.
