- Description
- The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division, Coastal Systems Station, Panama City, Florida, intends to award a contract on a sole source basis to SEACON BRANTNER 1240 Vernon Wa, El Cajon, CA, for 26 each of VMSSL 9#14FCR Backpotted w/3' 14 AWG pigtails, and 10 each of VMSSL 9#14CCP Molded on 3' of SB-41278 cable w/AWM8XFS/AWMFLSD on the other end. The WVSSL 9#14 is a military adapted commercial system that was developed by SEACON BRANTNER. The government possesses no technical data that can be used to procure these items on a competitive basis. Delivery will be to the Coastal Systems Station, with delivery 90 days after award. Anticipated contract type is a firm-fixed-price supply contract. (Note 22 applies).
