Description

The 42d Contracting Squadron at Maxwell AFB, AL intends to award a sole source contract to West Group, 610 Opperman Drive, St. Paul, MN 55164-1803 for the following subscription services: 1200-USCA Subscription Service, FY 02 Updates, qty 137 ea; 1201- USCA Mini-Set, Title 10 Subscription Service, FY 02 Updates, qty 5 ea; 1202-USCA Mini Set, Title 32 Subscription Service, FY 02 Updates, qty 1 ea; 1203-USCA Mini Set, Title 41 Subscription Service, FY 02 Updates, qty 1 ea; 1204-USCA Mini Set, Title 36 & 37 Subscription Service, FY 02 Updates, qty 1 ea; 1205-USCA CD-ROM Subscription Service, FY 02 Updates, qty 9 ea. This is a sole source procurement under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. This will be a firm fixed price contract. If there are any other businesses that can provide the specified publications, they must respond to this notice NLT 1500hrs(Central Time) on 20 DEC 01. If there are no other responses received by that date and time, a sole source award with West Group will be pursued.
