Description

100% Small Business Set-Aside. This modification is done to include the following statement: On site inspection is highly recommended. The due date (response date) for receipt of bids is an estimated date and is subject to change. The actual date and t ime for receipt of bids will be specified in the solicitation document. The solicitation document will be available on or about 15 January 2002. The new North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 561730 with a size sta ndard of $5.0 million. Contractor must be registered in the DOD Central Contractor Registration prior to award of this solicitation. Lack of registration in the CCR database will make an offeror ineligible for award. The work consists of the Herbicide M anagement Program. One (1) job to include Base Year with Four (4) Option Years. Contractor to furnish all plant, equipment, labor, transportation, supplies and materials required to perform a low volume, low profile herbicide application in accordance wi th the following specifications and conditions that are made a part of these provisions and associated with all work items are to be provided by the contractor. All herbicides used shall be licensed for intended use by federal and state agencies and appli ed by a Certified Commercial Applicator. All work will be in with accordance with Section-C Technical Provision. This project is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. Plans and Specifications will be issued only as a paper format at no cost.
