Description

100% Small Business Set-Aside. The due date (response date) for receipt of bids is an estimated date and is subject to change. The actual date and time for receipt of bids will be specified in the solicitation document. The solicitation document will be available on or about 15 January 2002. The new North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 561730 with a size standard of $5.0 million. Contractor must be registered in the DOD Central Contractor Registration prior to award of this solicitation. Lack of registration in the CCR database will make an offeror ineligible for award. The work consists of the Herbicide Management Program. One (1) job to include Base Year with Four (4) Option Years. Contractor to furnish al l plant, equipment, labor, transportation, supplies and materials required to perform a low volume, low profile herbicide application in accordance with the following specifications and conditions that are made a part of these provisions and associated wit h all work items are to be provided by the contractor. All herbicides used shall be licensed for intended use by federal and state agencies and applied by a Certified Commercial Applicator. All work will be in with accordance with Section-C Technical Pro vision. This project is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00.
