Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested on an unrestricted basis and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation F45613-02-Q-A008 is issued as a request for quote utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures in FAR Part 13. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-01. North American Industry Classification System Code 336411. Small business size standard is 1,500 employees. The contractor shall provide storage bins with M-16 gun racks that have the capacity to hold 132 guns as listed on the attached Pricing Schedule, which is incorporated as part of this solicitation and can be downloaded at link: http://www2.eps.gov/. The Government will award a contract resulting from this Request for Quote to the offeror whose offer conforms to the solicitation and provides the lowest total price.
