Description

This requirement is initiated to obtain a firm fixed price for 5 each, Data Transfer Receptacles, NSN: 7025-01-447-7825JH, P/N: 172672-06-01, applicable to the C-141C aircraft. The contract will be for a basic year and two annual options with quantities of 1-2 each for the first year option and 2-4 each for the second year option. This is a sole source requirement to: Smith Industries, Grand Rapids MI 49512-1991. All responsible sources solicited may submit a bid, proposal or quotation, which shall be considered. Authority: 10 U.S.C 2304 (c) (1), Justification: Supplies (or services) required are available from only one or a limited number of responsible source(s) and no other type of supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
