Solicitation Number SP0450-02-R-1309, YPG01080000463, NSN 3655-01-293-1329, Vent Assembly, Liquid Oxygen Servicing Trailer, Consist of all Plumbing Hardware and a Complete Valve Assembly. Clean and Package for use with Oxygen Equipment. Origin Inspection Required. Critical Application Item. Anticipate a FFP Definite Quantity Contract with a 100% Quantity Option. Sole Source Item. Non-Commercial, Unrestricted. RFP will be other than Full & Open competition IAW (10 U.S.C. 2304 (4)(1) (FAR 6.302-1). Stock Location will be AQ5 (Tracy, CA) for Line Item 0001 for a Quantity of 15 EA. RFP will not contain EPA Provisions, and does not contain Progress Payments. RFP will be solicited as FOB Destination and Inspection Acceptance is Origin. Delivery for all is 60 Days ARO. QAP 001 applies. Quantity Variance plus or Minus 5%. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies. The final contract award decision may be based up a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The Solicitation will issue on January 11, 2001 with a closing date of February 11, 2002.
