Description

This project is a request for proposals to construct a dormitory building at the Schenck Civilian Conservation Center in Pisgah Forest, North Carolina. The proposed project involves the construction of a single story dormitory building; site improvements; all site services including potable water, sanitary sewer, gas and electrical, telephone, cable, and fire alarm; and a fire protection system for the building. The project is located at 98 Schenck Drive off Highway 276 of Pisgah Forest in the Pisgah National Forest in Transylvania County, North Carolina. The performance period is 365 calendar days. The magnitude of the proposed firm, fixed price contract is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. The project is a total HUBZone set-aside.
