Description

Furnish all plant, labor, materials, and equipment; and perform all work in strict accordance with these specifications, schedules and drawings forming parts thereof, for the construction of a Raw Materials Storage Facility at Anniston Army Depot, Anniston, AL. In general, the work shall consist of the following but is not limited to: (a) Removal of existing concrete paving, fencing, and other items as indicated, (b) New concrete pier-type foundation, (c) New approximately 60' x 300' metal building structure, (d) New approximately 12' x 12' office structure, (e) Installation of new gutters, downspouts, and flashing, (f) Installation of electrical supply including lighting. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is: 233310. The size standard is $27.5 Million. Estimated magnitude of the project is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00. One Job. Completion time is 270 days after notice to proceed. THIS PROJECT IS RESTRICTED TO QUALIFIED HUBZONE SMALL BUSINESS CONCERNS. Estimated Invitation for Bid issue date is 2 January 2002. This Solicitation will be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.501, 5.102 (a)(7) and 14.205-1(c); therefore, hardcopies will not be provided.
