Description

Solicitation ARCO-NAT-236-02-154-AN (IFB) Exterminator Services for New York City and surrounding counties. The solicitation is for the services of a subcontractor to supply exterminator services for the above geographical areas. The contractor will act as a subcontractor to Arco Management Corp. under its Prime Contract as Contractor Asset Manager for the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) for the REO Service Center in Atlanta. Arco Management Corp. currently has nine properties in the City of New York that may be covered by this solicitation . This IFB is structured in accordance with the Uniform Contract Format required by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR).
