Description

The synopsis issued on 9 October 2001 is hereby modified as described herein. The statement, "Small business concerns will have the option to propose as prime contractors for the whole requirement or only the portion(s) of the statement of work in which they specialize, consisting of one or more task areas, without penalty for partial proposals," is deleted and replaced with the following: "Small business concerns will have the option to propose as prime contractors for the whole requirement, the help desk support requirement only, the computer operations and facility support requirement only, or both the help desk support requirement and the computer operations and facility support requirement." The anticipated release date of this solicitation is 27 December 2001.
