Description

Work under this project includes furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment required to construct approximately 52,780 linear feet of shallow water earthen terraces located in Sweet/Willow Lake, Cameron Parish, LA. Also included is the furnishing and planting of approximately 21,178 Giant Cutgrass vegetative plants. All planting will be accomplished between June 1, 2002 and September 30, 2002, and within 15 calendar days of completion of each 1000' section of terrace. Performance time is 209 calendar days. The price range of this project is between $250,000 and $500,000. Solicitations will be available on or about 2 January 2002. A firm-fixed price contract will be awarded under NAIC 234990. All responsible offers will be considered by the agency.
