- The USDA -- Forest Service, Southern Region, is soliciting quotes for Exclusive Use Airplane Service in Tallahasse, FL and Ocala, FL. Services include administrative purposes, including transport of personnel and cargo, wildfire detection, reconnaissance, surveys, law enforcement and air tactical missions. This solicitation will be opened to large and small businesses. No hardcopies of this solicitation will be issued unless specifically requested. All responsible sources may submit a quote which will be considered.
