Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs North Texas Health Care System has a requirement for Community Based Outpatient Clinics (CBOC) that will provide primary care to eligible veterans in the Texas counties of Dallas and Tarrant. The contractor will provide for the delivery and management of continuous primary and preventive medical care, to include medical facilities, health care providers, medical equipment and supplies, short-term pharmaceutical prescriptions, and administrative support. NAICC 621111 applies; the small business size standard is $7.5 million average annual receipts for the preceding three years. Contract compensation will be made by monthly capitation payments for each patient in accordance with the terms and conditions of the contract. Multiple contract awards may be made. The due date for this solicitation is January 3, 2002 at 2:00pm local time.
