Description

VA Connecticut Healthcare System at 950 Campbell Avenue, West Haven, CT requires a maintenance contract, to be effective January 11, 2002. Equipment is manufactured by Datex-Ohmeda, and consists of Ventilator/Anesthesia equipment located at the West Haven, CT and Newington, CT hospital campus. The contract contains a description of the equipment with serial numbers. The solicitation is to be downloaded in three documents. One file is the main contract with specifications. The second file is the first page of the SF 1449 solicitation and the third file is the back of the SF 1449.
