Description

The Government has been contracting with Congressional Quarterly Inc. for this subscription service to CQ.com on Congress Services. In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1 (a)(2) (ii), the government is negotiating directly with Congressional Quarterly Inc. This award will be made using the simplified acquisition procedures. The Solicitation Number is F100MT13250100. The requirement is for the purchase of a subscription service of CQ.com for one year, includes access to CQ Weekly, CQ Monitor, CQ Bill Track, CQ Billwatch, CQ Votes, CQ Committee Coverage, Congressional Transcripts, CQ's Senate Watch, CQ Schedules, Members and Key Federal Documents & Alerts for users. The primary objective is to provide SMC with a means to track any and all congressional actions dealing with military space. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. Required delivery at Los Angeles AFB is 5 days after contract award. North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 51112. This notice is for information only.
