Description

DSCR intends to negotiate with responsible vendors to establish Indefinite Quantity Contract(s) for Lens Cleaning Comnpounds (6850-00-227-1887 and 6850-00-392-9751) and a Lens Cleaning Kit (6850-01-143-4488). Direct access to defense and federal specifications, standards and related stardization documents is available on the internet via http://assist.dapsmil or http://www.dodssp.daps.mil. See Note 9. Delivery of all material to CONUS DVD locations and Defense Depot Richmond Virginia FOB Destination, Origin Inspection and Acceptance. Resulting contract(s) will have a base period of one year and four, one year options. See Note 1; Small Business Set-aside. Full and open competition. The final contract award decision(s)may be basedupon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
