This acquisition will be a sole source for NSN:5945-01-456-5450,ILS Module, 12 each, NSN: 3010-01-418-9961, Actuator, 32 each, NSN: 2990-01-461-2843 Governor, 59 each, P/O Patriot Generators to Barber-Coleman Co. 1354 Clifford Ave. Loves Par, IL. The gove rnment does not possess technical data (drawings or specifications) completely defining the form, fit and function of the item being procured. The form, fit and function is not defined by any nationally recognized standard or specification. A Firm Fixed Price contract is comtemplated. All deliveries are FOB Destination to New Cumberland, PA. See numbered Note 22. This is not a request for bids or proposals but may serve as notice to interested organization.
