- NATO C3 Agency is inviting bids under a Basic Ordering Agreement Compettition for the procurement to replace the AMF (L) VCS501 SATCOM Ground Terminals and associated vehicles. NATO intends to procure three new transportable satellite ground terminals for the Allied Mobile Force Deployment. Two of these transportable satellite ground terminals will be deployed on a snowtrack vehicle, one will be kept at the headquarters as the training asset. The IFB will be unclassified. The successful contractor, however, may be required to handle and store material at the level "NATO SECRET". Therefore prospective bidders must have appropriate storage and handling clearances. All applicants must be certified by the NATO Procurement Officer at the U>S. Department of Commerce, Office of Telecommunications.
