Description

This acquisition is for a master contract for construction management with individual task orders issued for maintenance, alteration, and repair projects involving multiple building trades, and multiple locations within the geographical boundaries of South Carolina, but primarily at Fort Jackson, SC (Columbia). Offerors will be required to submit a detailed proposal demonstrating their technical knowledge, skills, and experience in managing up to 50 individual projects at locations up to 250 miles apart wi th orders valued between $2,000 and $500,000. Annual maximum of all orders is $3,000,000 with a guaranteed minimum of $500,000. Performance period will be a base year beginning 1 January 2002 (or date of award) through 31 December 2002, with four option years through 31 December 2006. This acquisition is subject to availability of funds. NAICS code is 233320. Size standard is $27.5 million. This acquisition is being conducted under competitive 8(a) set-aside procedures, limited to 8(a) firms located w ithin SBA Region IV. The solicitation will be available on the internet when issued (anticipated issue mid to late Dec 01). NOTE: Anticipated response date will be mid to late Jan 2002. The above date is NOT firm.
