Description

The Regional Contracting Office Northeast intends to award a purchase order on a sole source basis to Computrition, Inc., Chatsworth, CA for Marine Corps Food Management Information System (MCFMIS) maintenance for a base year and four (4) option years. Authority 10 U.S.C. 2304(C)(1). Justification -- only one responsible source will satisfy U.S. Marine Corps requirement. This award will be made using simplified acquisition procedures, FAR Part 12.
