Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation N61339-02-T-0011 is issued as a request for quotation and incorporates the provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition 97-11. This solicitation shall be awarded on a sole source basis to Compumart, Vienna, VA. This solicitation is set-aside for small business. The NAICS code is 334112 with a size standard of 1000 employees. The following items is required: CLIN 0001, MATROX G200 Multi-Monitor Graphics Board, P/N G2+DUALP-PL, 63 each. CLIN 0002, SEAGATE 73.0GB HDD CHEETAH, P/N ST173404LC, 9 EACH. CLIN 0003, SONY 90GB AIT-1 INT TAPE DRIVE, P/N SDX-400C/BM, QTY 3 EACH. CLIN 0004, GROUND SHIPPING, 1 EACH. CLIN 0005, CABLES FOR 9 BAY SILO, P/N DCULTRA160-9KIT, QTY 3 EACH. CLIN 0006, STORCASE DATASILO 9 BAY TOWER, P/N DS400-ST, QTY 3 EACH. The item to be procured is part of an Undersea Classrooms Trainer. Delivery should be made 30 days ARO to Orlando, FL. Delivery shall be made FOB destination. The following FAR/DFAR provisions and clauses apply to this acquisition: 52.212-1, 52.212-3, 52.212-4, 52.212-5, 252.212-7001. The following subparagraphs of FAR 52.212-5(b) apply: (11),(12),(13),(14),(15),(18),(19),(20),(21),(22). The following subparagraphs of FAR 52.212-5(c) apply. None. The following clauses of DFARS 252.212-7001(b)apply: 252.225-7001. A completed copy of the following must be included with the quote: FAR 52.212-3, DFARS 252.212-7000. The following clause also applys, DFAR 252.204-7004, "Required Central Contractor Registration". The DPAS rating for this solicitation is N/A.
