Single award term contract for the period 05-01-02 to 04-30-03. White House envelopes, size 108 x 171 mm (4-1/4 x 6-3/4"), 105 x 241 mm (4-1/8 x 9-1/2") with and without window, printing in one ink color. Anticipate 3 to 5 orders per year for approx. 5,000 to 500,000 envelopes per order. Operations include film making, printing, packing labeling, and delivery. Copy pick up Washington, DC.
