Description

The Government intends to solicit on a sole source basis from MPD Inc., Owensboro, KY, up to 2400 each, Transmitter, Oscillator with delivery to New Cumberlnd Army Depot, PA. The Government proposes a 5-year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity type co ntract. This procurement is confined to manufacture by the contractor and must be compatible in form, fit and function with existing equipment. The Government does not own the drawings or necessary data to provide full and open competition and knows of n o other source for this equipment. All responsible sources, however, may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency.
