Description

This is a notice of intent to award a sole source contract to Ethos Consulting Group, L.L.C., 15 Morris Street, Merchantville, NJ 08109, to act as Project Administrator in support the Department of Veterans Affairs' Hospice and Palliative Care Initiative. This award will be made under the authority of FAR part 6.302-1. This is not a formal solicitation, and the synopsis is not a request for quotation or proposal. No solicitation document is available and telephone requests will not be honored. No contract will be awarded on the basis of offers received in response to this notice. A determination not to compete the proposed contract based on this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government in future procurements
