Description

The U.S. Department of Labor, Employment and Training Administration (DOL/ETA) is soliciting proposals to select a contractor to provide assistance to ETA in support of former students who have returned after participation in the Job Corps program, to their respective communities and serve as a source of information about Job Corps for recruiting purposes through operation of the toll-free Job Corps information number. The period of performance for the prospective award will be twelve (12) months, from the date of contract execution, plus four 1-year options to extend at the government's discretion. This requirement is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The NAICS Code is 541618 and the Size Standard is $5 million. Request for Proposals will be available on the FedBizOpps site at http://www.fedbizopps.gov and Department of Labor, Employment and Training Administration's Internet Home Page at http://www.doleta.gov, approximately 15 days from the date of publication. Request for Proposals in hard copy form will also be available upon written request, only on a first come, first-served basis, until the supply is exhausted. Telephone requests will not be honored. For requests made after the supply is exhausted, the Contracting Officer may determine whether payment of a fee is warranted. The fee will not exceed the actual cost of duplication of the solicitation documents. Closing date for receipt of proposals will be January 31, 2002, at 2:00 p.m. local time. Requests for proposals must cite RFP-DCS-01-43 and must include two self addressed labels. Failure to enclose labels may cause delay in receipt of the solicitation. No collect calls will be accepted.
