Description

This requirement is for two Universal Hydraulic Pump and Motor Test Stand (from hereon referred to as the test stand). Line Item 0001 One test stand will be delivered to Anniston Army Depot, Anniston, Alabama and the contractor shall have the test stand packaged for overseas shipment. Line Item 0002 One test Stand will be delivered to Anniston Army Depot to be installed in Building 117 at Anniston Army Depot. The following information applies to both Line item 0001 and 0002 -- Test stand shall be capabl e of testing various hydraulic components requiring flows up to 60 gallons per minute (gpm) at an operating pressure of 3,000 pounds per square inch gage (psig) and up to 10 gpm at 6,000 psig. The test stand shall be capable of testing hydraulic pumps and hydraulic motors with drive speeds up to 6,000 revolutions per minute (rpm). The test stand shall have separate pump and motor test systems and shall be capable of simultaneously testing pumps and motors. The test stand shall consist of a main system pr essure circuit, an auxiliary pressure circuit, a return circuit , a static pressure circuit, a pump test system, and a hydraulic motor test system. This solicitation is UNRESTRICTED. North American Industrial Classification System is 334515. Size standa rd is 500 employees. This solicitation will be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.501, 5.102(a)(7) and 14.205-1(c), therefore hardcopies will not be provided.
