Desc. Model 6200 Data Acquisition System to include: Model 6200 Scanner (128MB) 1 EA, Model 6207 AC Power Supply Supply 1 EA, Model 6204 Handheld Remote Terminal Unit 1 EA, Model 6010 Strain Gage Plug-in 14 EA, Model 6030 High Level Plug-in 12 EA. Items are manufactured by Measurements Group, Inc. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared IAW the format in FAR subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The following clauses are applicable to subject solicitation: FAR 52.212-1 (Instructions to offerors), 52.212-2 (Evaluation-Commercial Items), 52.212-3 (Offeror representations and certifications ? commercial items), 52.212-4 (contract terms and conditions ? commercial items) and 52.212-5 (contract terms and conditions required to implement statutes or executive orders?commercial items). In accordance with clause 52.212-2, the evaluation factors shall be: price and price related factors. Oral procedures will be used for this solicitation.
