Description

Subcontractor is to provide demolition and construction services to renovate and upgrade our center cafeteria. Demolition of existing finshes, fixtures, partitions and any other items deemed necessary to accomplish the Scope of Work required as per the center's requirements.. New work includes, but is not limited to: demolishing and constructing walls and partitions, plastering, painting, tiling, wiring and electrical. A pre-bid meeting will be conducted on Friday, 12/7/01 at 10:00a.m. in the Finance & Administration Director's Office. A bid package will be distributed at that time with specifics of the project.
