Description

The contractor shall possess and maintain in-depth knowledge of all acquisition systems assigned to the Program Executive Office (PEO) Aviation and understand PEO's positions on all matters such as field training development, life-cycle support costs, supp ort required to train the aviation fleet, data collection, requirements development, and Army transformation in order to facilitate adequate independent representation at meetings, briefings, reviews, and conferences. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Asi de. A security clearance of Top Secret must be met. Responsible sources that can perform the above effort may submit an offer, which may be considered by this agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation, however, solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above.
