Description

The Dept of Interior, National Business Center, Telecommunications Office, intends to award a telephone maintenance contract for SRX telephone systems. The period of performance is Dec 01 thru September 30, 2002. The maintenance agreement must include: all site visits, parts, and labor. Replacement parts and equipment must be readily available on-demand to accommodate anticipated and actual trouble calls. The awarded vendor must be a recognized Teltronics distributor, and must prove Teltronics-SRX technician certification. The vendor must have local warehousing and technician dispatch to support all trouble calls reported at no more than a 2 hour response time during normal business hours from 8.00am to 5.00 pm.
