Description

The Air Force Medical Logistics Office/Veteran's Affairs Special Services is requesting proposals from qualified manufacturers of Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Systems supporting full design build and maintenance capability including Evaluation, Repair, and Replacement Services. Manufacturers should have at least 40 years experience in the industry. This shall be an IDIQ Multiple Award Contract with a base period and 4 option years, if exercised. This may be used on a non-mandatory basis by Government Activities to include but not limited to VA, Air force, Army, Navy, as a source of supplies for the equipment described herein, for government activities located within the 50 states, Washington, DC and overseas activities. This contract shall primarily be used by Air Force and VA Medical Treatment Facilities worldwide. This IDIQ contract shall have a Cost Recovery Fee of 2%, which is similar to the GSA industrial Funding Fee. a pre and post award conferences will be held and scheduled at a later date. Period of service will be March 1, 2002 or date of award if later, through September 30, 2002 with four, one year option periods, if exercised.
