Description

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Savannah District, requires a contract to provide quality assurance inspectors on various projects at the Brunswick Harbor for the following types of construction: dredging, dikes, rip rap, weir installation, and revetmen ts. Inspectors may be assigned to hydraulic pipeline dredges, disposal area construction, and related activities. Any contract resulting from this solicitation will be an Indefinite Delivery Type Contract. The anticipated period of performance will begin on 1 April 2002 and continue until 31 March 2003, with two (2) additional one (1) year option periods. This solicitation is 100% set-aside for Small Business and is solicited under NAICS 561990. The Small Business size standard for this NAICS is $5.0M. This solicitation is a Request For Proposal (RFP) that will be evaluated using best value methods. Potential offerors are reminded to pay particular attention to the evaluation and award criteria set forth in Sections L and M of the solicitation. This s olicitation will be issued in electronic format only.
