Description

Provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation and supervision required to award a Fixed-Price IDIQ Contract to paint interior of Coast Guard housing units located in Sault Ste. Marie, Michigan. The complex consists of sixty units of varying sizes. Only a portion of the total number of housing units will be painted each year. The NAICS is 235210 (SIC Code 1721) size standard $11.5M. This procurement is open to both large and small businesses in accordance with the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Act. The estimated range is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00 and is based upon the base year and option years in total. The performance period is one year from the date of award with two one-year options. Quotes will be due approximately 15 days from issuance of the Request for Quote. A Bid Bond is NOT required.
