Description

The project consists of furnishing all plant, labor, equipment, materials, and transportation and performing all required work in accordance with the plans and specifications for asbestos abatement which includes asbestos removal, disposal and encapsulatio n and re-insulation on building components, domestic water and HVAC piping systems, boilers, duct work, and related components and equipment. Proposed contract will be a requirements type contract. Sealed Bid (IFB) will be issued on or about 17 December 01 and will open on or about 16 January 02. The estimated cost is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000 and includes a base period and four option years. The standard Industrial Code (SIC) is 1799. The North American Industry Classification system (NAICS) i s 562910. The small business size standard for this project is $7.0 million annual receipts.
