Description

As an alternative to seeking new space the government will negotiate with the lessor at the current location for approximately 20,436 BOMA usable square feet of office space, storage area, break room area, computer area, distance learning area, maps and technology area, conference and training area and two covered parking spaces. Location: The space must be located in Atlanta, Georgia area, bounded within or fronting on the following streets: North on Peachtree Street to International Boulevard, West on International Boulevard to Marietta Street, South on Marietta Street to Cone Street -- North on Walton Street, East on Walton Street to Peachtree Street. Other considerations: Offerors should consider the costs for relocation, telecommunications and tenant improvements as well as the capability to provide alternate/backup power for the computer data center. Required: All services, supplies, utlities, and tenant alterations to be provided as part of the rental consideraton. Occupancy: The space is required on or before Jan 8, 2001. Term: The lease term will be for 10 years, 5 years firm with a 10 year renewable option.
