RFP-GS11P02YXC0030 to provide landscape maintenance services for about 43 various locations within the National Capital Region of Washington, DC., is hereby amended as follows: This procurement is converted to HUBZone certified firms, under NAICS code 561730. Competition is restricted to firms located only in the Washington, DC., metropolitan area. Performance is expected to commence on March 1, 2002.
