- Addendum to 52.212-1: Include proof of license with offer. Add the following clauses: 1) 52.228-5 Insurance -- Work on a Government Installation. The required liability coverage is: Bodily Injury $200,000 per person, $500,000 per accident; Property Damage $20,000 per occurrence, or the minimum coverage required by the state where servi ces are rendered. 2) 252.204-7004 -- Required Central Contractor Registration.
