Description

Madigan Army Medical Center intends to procure maintenance service and repair to include all parts, labor, and travel on a Cardio Respiratory System. The period of performance will be for a base year and (4) four option years from 1 January through 31 Dec ember each year Request for Quote DADA13-02-T-0004 will be available upon request to Mitch Munger Via fax (253) 968-4922 or e-mail to mitch.munger@nw.amedd.army.mil. This RFQ will be released on or about 29 November, 2001 with a closing date of 24 December 2001. This RFQ is being issued on an unrestricted basis.
