Description

The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division intends to purchase the following SeaGate disk drives and Scorpion tape products from CETI Solutions/authorized resellers on a Limited Source Basis. Item 0001 -- 100 ea. of Seagate 9.2GB, UN-SE 50 PIN P/N ST39216N. Item 0002 -- 50 ea. of SeaGate 4.5GB, UN-SE 50 PIN P/N ST34572N, Item 0003 -- 10 ea. Tape Products Scorpion 4GB/8GB 50 PIN fast SCSI 4MM DAT/DDS2 P/N STD28000N-SB. All quantities shall be new/unused and include the manufacturer's repair/replacement warranty for a minimum of one year. SUBSTITUTES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTABLE. These items are required for computer applications to duplicate the Aegis Baseline 7 Program Generation, Program Test, and Program Production suites at the Aegis land based facilities. This Sole Source Basis is for the utilization of Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The closing date is 05 Decem ber 2001. Anticipated award date is 06 December 2001. All items are to be priced FOB DESTINATION DAHLGREN, VA. Delivery shall be two weeks after receipt of order. THE GOVERNMENT WILL NOT ISSUE A WRITTEN REQUEST FOR QUOTATION AS ALL ITEMS ARE IDENTIFIED IN THIS COMMERCE BUSINESS DAILY (CBD) NOTICE. Quotes may be faxed, Attn: Code XDS120 at 540-653-4089. DoD will no longer award contracts to contractors not registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database.
